2.2. The “My Car” feature and search filters assist in locating appropriate spare parts, but serve an informational purpose only. Prior to ordering, the Buyer is obliged to verify the part number (OEM number), vehicle VIN, and product description. If necessary, the Buyer may contact the Seller for assistance in part matching via VIN.
2.3. Product photographs are illustrative, unless explicitly stated in the description that the photo depicts the exact unit being sold.
3. Placing Orders and Contract Conclusion
3.1. Orders are placed via the website by adding items to the cart and completing the checkout form.
3.2. A contract is deemed concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance of the order via email or messaging to the contact details provided by the Buyer.
3.3. If an item is out of stock or available only on backorder, the Seller will inform the Buyer of the expected fulfillment timeframe. The Buyer may choose to cancel such items from the order.
3.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse order execution in the event of an obvious pricing error, prior sale of the item, or incomplete Buyer information. In such cases, any payments made will be promptly refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
4.1. All prices are listed in Polish Złoty (PLN) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Any price display in other currencies (UAH, EUR) is strictly for reference; orders and transactions are settled in PLN.
4.2. Shipping costs are not included in the item price and are displayed prior to order confirmation.
4.3. Payment methods: [: bank transfer, BLIK, Przelewy24, credit/debit card, cash upon pickup, etc.].
4.4. If payment is not received within [3] days, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Delivery terms, timeframes, and fees are detailed on the “Delivery and Payment” page, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
5.2. The risk of accidental loss or damage to goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery. The Buyer is required to inspect the package upon receipt and, in the event of damage, draw up a damage protocol together with the courier.
5.3. For deliveries outside the European Union (including Ukraine), any applicable customs duties, clearance fees, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the Buyer, unless agreed otherwise.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
6.1. A consumer Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the goods.
6.2. To exercise this right, sending a clear written statement to contact@bmworld.eu or via postal mail to the Seller’s address is sufficient. A template form available on the “Returns” page may be used.
6.3. The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice. Direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer, unless the Seller has expressly agreed to cover them.
6.4. The Seller will refund all payments received (including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as original transaction. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or proof of return dispatch is provided.
6.5. The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., installation on a vehicle, signs of wear, damaged packaging or seals that reduce market value).
6.6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items, goods manufactured to individual specifications, or other statutory exceptions provided by law.
7. Non-Conformity of Goods and Warranty Claims
7.1. The Seller is liable for any non-conformity of goods with the contract under applicable Polish law (notably the Consumer Rights Act and the Civil Code).
7.2. The liability period is 2 years for new goods and 1 year for used goods, unless mandatory statutory rules or written agreements provide more favorable terms for the Buyer.
7.3. Warranty claims may be filed via email at contact@bmworld.eu or by postal mail to the Seller’s address. Please include order number, description of the defect, preferred remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction, refund), and supporting photos.
7.4. The Seller will respond to the claim within 14 days of receipt. Failure to provide a response within this timeframe shall be construed as acceptance of the claim as justified.
7.5. The Seller bears no liability for defects arising from improper installation, incorrect use, mechanical damage, or natural wear and tear.
8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
8.1. Consumers are entitled to utilize out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms, including permanent consumer arbitration courts at Trade Inspection offices, municipal consumer ombudsmen, or the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). Information is available at uokik.gov.pl.

10.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments do not apply to orders placed prior to their publication.
10.3. These Terms and Conditions are available in Ukrainian, Polish, and English. In the event of any discrepancies, the Polish version shall prevail.
